Roses in my livin' room

Coffee is to you what flowers are to me..they are my morning refreshment, my pick-me-up, my sunshine.  So I thought I'd share with you what I've been waking up to during the past few days.  These orange sherbert-ey roses are called Marie Claire, and they are one of my favorites (haha, I have MANY favorites).  They're  out on my coffee table so they'd open up a bit before designing with them for an arrangement this weekend.

Roses from Eufloria.

Senior Proj Update

We are well underway in Senior studio this quarter - 7 weeks down, 3 to go.  So far this quarter, we've spent a bulk of our time researching and doing analysis on our sites.  Figuring out the character of the site, who the users will be, what we want the site to do, and determining which problems we want to solve is key to proposing a great design.

As a graphic design nerd, I'm always trying to figure out how to communicate all the aforesaid information creatively (and digitally).  Sometimes I succeed, sometimes I fail. Here is a little illustrative I did of AG (Grand Ave in particular).  I need to tinker a little with it still, but my intent was to display the issues we have in Arroyo Grande - this is the first step to convincing a client that a design solution is needed

By looking at the drawing, can you tell what I'm getting at?  If no one can figure it out, I'll translate.
